Registrations and Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are processed by our ticket handler Eventbrite. We embed content from Eventbrite on our site via passthru. We do not have anyway to directly record the information provide Eventbrite. We will never ask for your credit card or sensitive billing data, and we never see your secure billings data. Therefore we can never store it on our platform. We will receive a copy of the other ticket sales information that you provide Eventbrite which is necessary for us to process your registration (including your email and post mailing address). We may store this information and use it to correspond with you about the ticket transactions and send you news about the event so that you may use your ticket.

Mailing Lists

We use MailChimp for mailing lists. Your email address and other information you provide is sent to Mailchimp when you request our newsletter. We will also send our email address and information you provide to mailchimp when you purchase a ticket through Eventbrite or when you submit a session to our call for sessions.

You have the rights to opt out of mailings at anytime.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
